Preschool Tumbling

(Ages 2-5)

Our Preschool Tumbling class is the perfect introduction to movement and tumbling in a fun, high-energy environment. In this class you will learn:

• Basic Body Control & Coordination

Tiny Cheer + Tumble

(Ages 2-5)

Our Tiny Cheer + Tumble class combines beginner tumbling with basic cheer fundamentals. In this class you will learn:

• Basic Cheer Motions
• Beginner Jumps
• Performance Skills

Level 1 Beginner

(Ages 5+)

Our Level 1 Beginner class is designed for athletes ready to learn foundational tumbling skills. In this class you will learn:
• Forward Roll
• Backward Roll
• Handstand
• Cartwheel
• Bridges
• Bridge Kickovers

Level 1 Beginner

(Ages 11+)

Our Level 1 Beginner class is designed for athletes ready to learn foundational tumbling skills. In this class you will learn:

Level 1 Advanced

(Ages 5+)

Our Level 1 Advanced class is for athletes who have mastered the basics and are ready to progress. In this class you will learn:
• Strong Round Off
• Front Walkover
• Back Walkover
• Cartwheel Back Walkover
• Improved Technique & Power

Level 1 Elite

(Ages 5+)

Our Level 1 Elite class focuses on polishing Level 1 skills with power and control and starting to work progressions for handsprings. In this class you will learn:
• Advanced Walkover Passes
• Front Walkover Round Off
• Stronger Connections
• Handspring Shaping Drills

Beginner Handsprings

(Ages 5+)

Our Beginner Handsprings class is designed for athletes working toward their first handsprings. In this class you will learn:

Advanced Handsprings

(Ages 5+)

Our Advanced Handsprings class is for athletes with a solid back handspring ready for series and connections. In this class you will learn:

Beginner Tucks

(Ages 5+)

Our beginner Tucks class is the perfect way for your athlete to learn the foundations of forward and back tucks. This is the perfect class to learn! In this class you will learn:

Tucks

(Ages 5+)

Our Tucks class is for athletes who have their back tuck and want to improve consistency and connections. In this class you will learn:
• Higher Tucks

Tucks+

(Ages 5+)

Our Tucks + Class is for the experienced athlete working on advanced connections into tucks. Athletes will begin working the shaping drills for layouts at this time. In this class you will learn:

Our Jumps & Flex class focuses on improving jump height, flexibility, and technique. In this class you will learn:

Stretch & Flex

Our Stretch & Flex class focuses on our athletes flexibility. This can be used for jumps, body positions or just general everyday flexibility. In this class you will learn:
• Proper stretching technique

Gameday Sideline Cheer Prep

In Gameday Sideline Cheer Prep class we will work on increasing your athletes confidence with sideline cheer. Including jumps, motion technique, voice training & more!

Cheer Conditioning

Our Cheer Conditioning class builds strength, stamina, and explosiveness for stronger performance on the mat. In this class you will learn:
• Core Strength

• Upper Body Strength
• Endurance Training

Flyer Technique

Flyer technique class is focusing on your athletes confidence, strength & flexibility while in the air for stunting. This class will focus on pushing your athletes flexibility for body positions but largely train muscle awareness, control and proper technique in the air.

Basing & Back Spotting Basics

Our Basing & Back Spotting class teaches proper stunt technique and safety fundamentals. In this class you will learn:

Acro for Dancers

Our Acro for Dancers class blends flexibility, balance, and acro technique for dancers wanting to add skills safely. In this class you will learn:
