At Topeka Elite Cheer, we are dedicated to building champions on and off the mat. As a woman-owned, family-operated program, we are passionate about developing not just strong athletes, but confident, disciplined, and well-rounded individuals.

Founded by sisters Taylor McKaig and Tateum Hughes, TEC began during the COVID-19 pandemic as a way to keep kids active and engaged through virtual cheer technique classes. In September 2020, we transitioned to small in-person sessions. We started our first competitive season in 2021-2022 with just 35 athletes. Today, we are proud to be home to over 250 athletes of all ages and skill levels and a total of 14 teams.

We pride ourselves on providing a clean and safe environment for our athletes and their families. Topeka Elite has a great, open space with a full spring floor, Tumbl Trak and spacious lobby to make your experience more comfortable.
